3) Accounts & Security
- Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may require a valid email and/or linked Discord account.

4) Community Guidelines
- Be respectful; no harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
- No cheating, exploits, or griefing on servers.
- Follow Discord/Microsoft/Mojang policies where applicable.
5) Purchases, Donations & Virtual Items
- All payments are final unless required by law. Virtual items/titles have no cash value.
- Chargebacks may result in suspension or removal of perks.
6) Content & Licenses
You retain rights to content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services. You represent you have the rights to post it.
7) Fan Creations & IP
“FROOTNNJA Adventurer’s Guild” branding and assets are owned by us. Bethesda/Microsoft/Mojang IP is used under fair‑use/fan‑work guidelines where applicable; no affiliation is implied.
8) Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, DDoS, scraping at scale, or attempting to bypass access controls.
- Uploading malware or content that infringes third‑party rights.
9) DMCA / Copyright
If you believe content infringes your copyright, email support@adventurersguildlc.quest with: (a) your contact info, (b) identification of the work and material, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury, and (d) your signature.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the community. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11) Disclaimers
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the extent permitted by law.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Venue lies in Wake County, NC courts.
15) Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing us. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may be brought in small‑claims court or, by mutual agreement, arbitration.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the Effective Date means you accept the revisions.
